Our Baking Class invites participants into the warm, hands-on world of flour, sugar, and creativity; where everyone can safely explore and enjoy the magic of baking. Students will discover essential techniques, from measuring and mixing to kneading, proofing, and decorating, while learning the science behind rising doughs and perfect pastries. Each session spotlights a new recipe, from breads and cookies to cakes and seasonal treats, allowing everyone to practice skills and proudly take home their delicious creations.We warmly welcome participants with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Hailey, our Sunny Chef of Joy, works closely with each person (and their families) to adapt recipes, select safe ingredients, and ensure a fully inclusive kitchen experience. Whether you're brand-new to baking, refining your skills, or navigating specific allergies, this class blends joyful learning, artistry, and confidence-building in a supportive, custom-fit environment.
